All sessions are based on time, and are customized therapeutic treatment sessions incorporating a variety of integrated techniques designed to address each individual's specific needs.

Customized Therapeutic Massage

​

A customized therapeutic treatment session using a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger point Therapy and Stretching. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, decrease pain, and provide a sense of over-all sense of well being.

Choose between 75, 90 or 120 minute (2 hr) full body sessions

Targeted Therapeutic Sessions

​

Uses the same techniques as a Customized Massage session, but is of shorter duration.

These sessions are designed to address one or two specific areas of concern, focusing of reduction of pain and improved range of motion and functionality.
